By downloading or using ScreenFox ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 4 years old to use the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service.
ScreenFox requires screen time permissions to function. All app usage data, progress and settings are stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect or have access to this data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
ScreenFox requires an active subscription to use the app. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Available subscription options, durations, and prices are displayed in the ScreenFox app before purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which access to the app will no longer be available. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy.
All content, design, and code of the Service are the exclusive property of ScreenFox and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by German law, the developer of ScreenFox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. Mandatory statutory liability (e.g., for intent and gross negligence) remains unaffected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, but you may contact the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
